Integrity prevents the seizure of 40 dunams of state land by ZAnbar and execute arrest warrants for 34 defendants

The Federal Integrity Authority reported on Tuesday that its owners in the Anbar prefecture were able to thwart the attempt to seize 40 dunams of state-owned land, and issued arrest and prosecution orders for 40 accused participants in the seizure process.

In an official statement, the Authority pointed out that the Anbar Bureau of Investigation team transferred to the two Real Estate Registration and Urban Planning Directorates and the branch of the General Tax Authority of Fallujah and the Housing Cooperative Association of the province, where it was able, after review and audit, to uncover and frustrate the attempt to seize two properties owned by the Ministry of Finance, with an area of 40 dunams, and transfer their property to people through forgery.

She explained that the operation in which other non-employee defendants participated, was conducted by falsifying a return evidence decision, registering it as the Housing Cooperative Society of the Province, and dividing it into 336 pieces, the estimated value of which is 1,831,500,000 dinars, according to initial estimates, indicating that the arrest warrants issued against the defendants have been executed.

The Authority pointed to the decision of the judge investigating the issues of integrity in Ramadi, to place a sign of foreclosure and non-conduct on real estate, and arrest the accused in accordance with the provisions of article (289 / 298) of the Penal Code.
