The Ministry of Planning held a joint meeting with the United Nations Development Programme on Sunday to discuss the development plan for the Singar district in Nineveh Governorate.

The Ministry of Planning held a joint meeting with the United Nations Development Programme on Sunday to discuss the development plan for the Singar district in Nineveh Governorate.

The meeting saw the discussion of the developmental economic aspects of Nineveh Governorate's Sinjar Judicial Development Plan, and the mechanism to provide UNDP with the information and data required by the Ministry of Planning to facilitate the work of the program's expert team.

The meeting included the emphasis on continuing to hold meetings with relevant government bodies to stand on all the information and data necessary to evaluate the Sinjar Judicial Development Plan, as well as the need for the United Nations Development Programme, to present projects and programmes of international agencies and organizations directed towards Sinjar Judicial Development.

The meeting was attended by the CEOs of the Ministry, Statistics and Geographic Information Systems, representatives of the Office of the President of Council of Ministers, as well as representatives of the Office of the United Nations Development Programme, from the fields of international cooperation, sectoral planning, regional and local development of the Ministry
