The Prime Minister's Press Office, in a statement received by Džela News, said that the Prime Minister is expected to attend ministerial agencies whose ministers have not yet been appointed to the Council of Ministers sessions, until the appointment of ministers is completed.
The Prime Minister - according to the statement - said that representatives of the Ministries of Defense, Interior, Planning, Architecture, Housing and Public Municipalities, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Culture, Labour and Social Affairs, Migration and Migrants, Youth and Sports have the authority to manage the affairs of their ministries, with the exception of the exclusive powers offered to the Minister in charge of the the Ministry by delegation.
During the Council of Ministers session held on Thursday, the Chairman of Council of Ministers stressed that this action comes to ensure the smooth functioning of the ministries, accelerate the completion of their tasks, and prevent delays in the interests of the state and citizens, stressing the need for agents to make every effort to speed up work and improve performance.
The statement continued that in light of what a number of agents put forward during their participation in the session, the President of Council of Ministers directed the Ministry of Construction, Housing and General Municipalities to prepare a detailed study on the fourth ring road project in the capital Baghdad, and also directed including the displaced from the Yazidi component in the Sinjar BNineveh Governorate case with the project of a million residential plot of land.
