The Supreme Judicial Council announces the opening of the Mosul criminal court

The Judicial Council stated, in a statement received by "Baghdad today", that "the head of the Judicial Supervision Authority, Judge Leith Jaber, opened the Mosul Criminal Court, in the presence of the head of the Nineveh Appeals Court, Chief Judge Hamid, and the governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qader al-Khali".

He added, "The ceremony saw an inspection tour of the courtrooms and their facilities to see how the work was done, as the new building features modern engineering designs that are consistent with the Supreme Judicial Council's vision of building the judiciary".
