Vassit Adnan al-Jaheshi, a member of the Vassit Adnan governorate council, said on Monday that the electricity processing rate in the province is still low, pointing out that there is considerable pressure from both the executive and legislative authorities in the middle to raise the level of processing.

Al-Jaheshi, speaking to "The Range", explained that the processing ratio is currently between 950 and 1050 megawatts, stressing that demands continue to increase the quantities prepared for preservation.

He added that he supports the right of citizens to peacefully demonstrate and claim their rights, provided that public property is not compromised and compliance with the legal frameworks provided for by the constitution.

He called on the public to exercise restraint and patience to preserve the safety and security of the prefecture.
