The Governor of Diyala, Prof. Adnan Muhammad Abbas Shamri, met with the Governor of the Holy Karbala, Prof. Nasuf Al-Rahbabi in the Holy Karbala as part of the promotion of joint cooperation and coordination between the two local governments, especially in the one million visits in the Holy Karbala Governorate, and discussed a number of files of common interest.

During the meeting, mechanisms of development of cooperation in the service and administrative fields were reviewed and experiences exchanged to contribute to improving the level of services provided to citizens as well as the main challenges facing the work of local governments and how to address them in accordance with legal and administrative frameworks were discussed.
